...and still leave the wrong
impression.
It's the impact it has on trust, collaboration and the
decisions that follow.
How we show up shapes how others respond.
What we overlook is often what matters the most.
We often assume our message was received
as we intended. It's not always the case.
It often shows up like this

Conversations
miss the mark

Meetings lose
momentum

Feedback is
avoided

Collaboration
breaks down

Trust erodes
slowly
From Awareness to Action

Don’t confuse things you haven’t done with things you can’t do. I wasn’t born a speaker. None of us are. But we can all learn to tell our story with clarity and confidence."
A Lifetime of Conversations
Through a lifetime of conversations, I keep noticing the same patterns. Some interactions create trust, understanding and momentum. Others leave people feeling unheard, misunderstood or disconnected. I kept asking why.
Over time, I came to realise it wasn’t simply what people said, but how they were received and how their message landed. Good intentions weren’t always enough.
I’ve had 30 years of real-world opportunities to observe, test and refine what I’ve learned about people. That journey has taken me from running a successful franchise business to developing franchise owners, facilitating workshops and working with leaders across a wide range of organisations.
Those experiences continue to shape the way I think, work and engage with others. They also shape the way I help others become more aware of how they show up.
Away from the stage
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me by the ocean. It’s where I slow down, reset and prepare for what’s next.
Speaking
Your audience won’t leave with all the answers. They’ll leave seeing familiar situations differently.
Through stories, observations and real insights, audiences see themselves in the moments we explore. That awareness helps them
discover new ways to approach familiar situations and create better outcomes.
Workshops and Training
Awareness is only the beginning. The real value comes from putting new ideas into practice.
Workshops create the time and space to explore ideas more deeply, reflect on real situations and discover what they look like in practice. Through discussion, activities and shared experiences, participants leave with the confidence to take the next step.
More Ways to Work Together
Different ways to support your event, team or leaders.
MC
Creating a seamless experience from beginning to end.
Every event has its own rhythm. By combining my speaking and facilitation skills, I help keep the timing, transitions and energy flowing naturally while adapting to whatever the day brings. That means organisers, speakers and delegates can focus on the event, knowing it’s in capable hands.
My role is to connect the moments in between, so your event feels like one seamless experience.
Facilitation
Guide conversations that create clarity, participation and progress.
Great facilitation isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about asking the right questions, encouraging meaningful discussion and helping groups reach practical outcomes. I create an environment where people think together, contribute openly and leave with greater clarity about what comes next.
Coaching
When your situation deserves individual attention.
One-on-one coaching creates the time and space to explore your own challenges, goals and opportunities. Every conversation is tailored to your situation, giving you practical support, fresh perspective and the confidence to take the next step.
